Quirk description: a basic mutation quirk, he has a bunch of soft, gooey tentacles. They're super squishy, but surprisingly strong too. Bulletproof to any low velocity rounds, and INSANELY fast. He could slap a bullet out of the air, as long as it isn't too close. Another part of him that could be a quirk is vague invisibility. People tend to just not notice him, so unless you're actively after him you probably won't even know he's around

Personality: he's, like, the LEAST confrontational person. Ever. He tends to just go along with the majority, and doesn't often speak up. He also tends to just agree and let things happen because he's too scared to resist in most cases
Physical health: he's, like, 90% healthy. But he bruises pretty easily, so he always looks hurt

Appearance: he's super tiny. 4'8, and built like a doll. He's got decently pale skin, littered with bruises most of the time. His hair is silvery-grey, and falls down to a little past his shoulders. His tentacles come in two's. One pair on his neck, one pair in his hips, and two pairs in his lower back
Hero outfit: a long black cloak that he can use to cover his entire body, and underneath is just.... clothes. The cloak is specially made though, with pockets on the inside, holes in the right places for his tentacles, and an inner lining that makes it super durable
