Quirk description: his quirk, much like OFA, is one that's inherited. He has the knowledge and abilities of all the past users, which add up to a strange mix. His quirks, in no particular order, consist of flexibility, mind control, flammability, and hyper senses. Flexibility, obviously, allows him to move in ways that would be difficult to most people. Mind control makes him VERY good at convincing people, but that's about it. Flammability let's him produce small flames and coat some parts of himself in fire without injury, and hyper senses allows him to see, hear, and generally perceive the world in slow motion
Strengths: his quirks can be used pretty well together to make him a good martial artist, and he can be pretty damn hard to hit when he has five times as long to react to everything you do.
Weaknesses: his personality, for one. He actually usually just avoids fighting until he's really mad. He also doesn't know HOW to fight, not properly at least. Usually just hitting things

Personality: he's a pretty textbook psychopath. He's charming, whilst also being fairly manipulative, unempathetic, and pretty prone to getting mad. He isn't ALWAYS like this though, and does occasionally have minor episodes of being an actually caring person, though that's just because he's being influenced by a past user of his quirk.
Physical health: flawless, surprisingly
Mental health: Aside from psychopathy, and some minor pyromania, there's no problems
Looks: he's a somewhat attractive guy. He's tall, about 5'11, and has a healthy, slightly muscular build. He's not noticeably strong, but he's more of an 'attractive muscular'. His skin is clean white, and his hair is also white, brushed back, and tied into a ponytail. His eyes are bright blue, and he usually walks with a straightened posture and a judging look
Hero outfit: 'regular' clothes, which he wears to look better. It's easier to charm people if he looks good
