Quirk description: she can learn things about people. There's typically a hierarchy, which starts out with their quirk name. Then she can learn what their quirk does if she hadn't figured it out, then she learn how they fight, and after that it becomes general knowledge. She can learn just by looking at them, but she learns faster if she uses her third eye, and fastest if she touches them. She can also see weak points of a hero, such as old injuries or defects, pretty much anything that would be useful to hit
Strengths: it's basically impossible to hide things from her, so she can't be lied to or surprised on the battlefield. She can also see biometrics, and her quirk doesn't rely on line of sight when she's already seen something, so she can spot ambushes through walls and track someone even if she's blindfolded
Weaknesses: she has to stare at her opponent if she can't touch them, and using her third eye stops her from moving when it's out. She also gets lots of dry eyes, and can get overwhelmed if there are too many opponents in a close space

Personality: she's a fairly intimidating person, for the most part. Much like sir nighteye, she pretty much glares by default, and her voice doesn't do much to help. She's naturally fairly blunt, and always speaks with a clear, loud voice. She pretty much always sounds mad, or like she's gonna scold someone

Looks: despite the whole 'straight A upperclassman vibe she has, she's definitely not as much of a bookworm as she seems. She's actually pretty strong, easily able to beat most of her classmates in a contest of simple strength. She's incredibly athletic, and flexible too, standing at about 5'10. She has short white hair, which doesn't quite reach her shoulders, and flared outwards at the very bottom. Her eyes are all different, with her third eye being the most different. It's pure black, pretty much all pupil, and her left eye is slightly more normal, though her iris is a dark grey with what looks like a crosshairs in the centre, essentially a red plus that extends past her pupil and over the iris. Her right is similar, though it doesn't have the cross. She wears a pair of black, half rimmed glasses that generally make her glares seem a lot worse
Hero outfit: it's pretty much her workout clothes. Sports bra, and sweat shorts, though she does wear a hoodie over the top, which keeps most of her muscles hidden. Then it's rape wrapped around her hands to keep them from getting injured in a fight
