Quirk description: the most obvious thing is his feet. They never touch the ground, always hovering an inch or so off of it. That's the effect of his quirk, which he can move up to any point of his body. It doesn't just repel the ground, he can repel almost anything. Fire, air, even bullets if they're angled properly. It's obvious where the quirk is, since that place literally sparkles, though his feet are permanently affected. It also slight manipulates his gravity, so he can run across walls, which also comes with a slight bit of gyro stability
Strengths: he's fast, able to skate across the ground at speeds of roughly 40 miles an hour. He's agile, and can move in a lot of ways.
Weaknesses: since he doesn't come into contact with the ground with his feet, it's usually kinda hard to stop without grinding his hands into the ground.
Ultimate move: sparkling cyclone, he spins really fast and kicks someone

Hero outfit: yellow runners pants, specifically women's since they work better with his long legs, and a women's running tank top, just because he likes the look. They're both custom made with special materials to reduce chaffing, while also providing the best amount of temperature regulation and padding as the designs would allow. He has fingerless gloves too, which have small spikes in the palms so he can stay still if he's attached to a wall
