Quirk description: in his mouth, he has two large fangs, which can inject an INCREDIBLY potent venom. He also has other snakelike abilities, like being able to move from a standstill into an attack at impressive speeds, being able to stay still for long periods of time, agility, and being able to see through vibrations
Strengths: he's really good at stealth and fast paced action, which is probably where his inspiration for his hero theme came from
Weaknesses: his quirk is relatively useless if he's not fighting a person, or trying to reach something.

Personality: he's not as dark or mysterious as he likes to pretend to be. And while he may LOOK like it, that facade quickly fades if you have a regular conversation with him, in which case he's kind of a nerd. He's got a borderland creepy fascination with spiders, snakes, frogs, and any other small or venomous animals.
Physical health: he's pretty good, though his teeth do mean he ends up hissing a lot

Appearance: he's a tall, skinny guy. 5'11 with what looks like nothing to him in terms of muscle. He's got black, scaly patches all over his skin, and snake like eyes. There's also the fangs, and a snake-like tongue
Hero outfit: it looks like an artistic ninja garb, the all black outfit that kody people think of ninjas wearing. Underneath he had a bunch of light armour to help take hits, and LOTS of places to store weapons or gadgets
