Quirk description: well, basically, she has the opposite quirk to ochaco. She can make something as heavy as she wants, with just a touch. She can also slightly manipulate the direction that the gravity pulls it, though she can't make it oppose the gravity of the earth.
Strengths: the more objects she has around her, the more powerful she can be. And so far, she hasn't figured out if there's a limit to the amount of gravity she can put on things.
Weaknesses: in an empty space, she's fairly weak. And it isn't as effective on people, so she can't apply as much gravity
Ultimate move: she basically just throws out chains, before getting as close as possible and attracting all the chains to herself, which causes them to wrap around her target. She has an alternative that's way less harmless, and instead she uses ball bearings, or any other large mass of small objects as possible.

Her arms are wrapped with chains, some of which with a steal ball on each end that allow them to work like metal bolas
