Strengths: all his duplicates gain strength as he does, so his own abilities are multiplied by the amount of clones he makes. And he can make as many as he needs, so he can just send them at an enemy a seemingly infinite amount of times
Weaknesses: be an only have twelve living clones at once, and he feels the clones pain, though only a fraction, depending on how many he has
Ultimate move: he hides himself in a mass of clones, and basically makes himself into a factory where he just pumps out clones of himself.
