Quirk description: he can make hurricanes, but only on his body. Technically, it's wind, but the way he uses it makes hurricanes his quirk. He can, if he needs to, use them as more direct thrust to stop or start movements, and it can be controlled within a good few feet
Strengths: kicks. He can spin super fast, so his kicks are always hard, or there's a lot of them. He can also handle a LOT of spinning without getting dizzy
Weaknesses: he can only really spin one way, and it's not a super long range quirk.
