Quirk: stasis
Quirk description: she can slow down, or even stop, the passage of time. Not for everything, but for singular objects or small areas. For example, if she uses the show-down effects on an egg, and drops it, it would fall in slow motion. It would have the exact same effects when it landed, but it would do it in slow motion. To the object, it's as if it was moving in regular time and everything else is sped up, which is also how it works on people. Stasis is the same, except it completely locks an object, though this one doesn't work on anything alive
Strengths: she can make use of essentially any object, be it a knife or a book, in some way or another. And the effects aren't based on durability on most objects, though anything bigger than a large dog DOES, about five minutes. But a small dog, or a tennis ball, have an endless time limit
Weaknesses: if her opponent is faster than the effects of her quirk, it won't have as much of an effect. Say, someone who can move a hundred times faster than a regular person, her quirk only slows things down to a hundredth of their speed, so they'd be the same speed as a regular person.
Ultimate move: she slows down a person, surrounds them with frozen balls or objects, and smacks all of them, a LOT. Then when she unfreezes, they all fly into them at great speeds

Personality: she's a very fragile girl. It's not difficult to make her cry, and she does it on her own often enough. Her moods change often, though they're usually negative, and at most just slightly better than neutral. It goes between sadness, apathy, sorrow, and general neutrality, which is luckily the 'normal' area.
Physical and mental health: I'm putting these together for her, because I'm not sure what parts of her conditions are considered physical and which are mental. She suffers from Parkinson's disease, giving her awful balance whenever she's not moving at speed, frequent drooling, sexual dysfunction, frequent nerve pain, and incontinence. She has a tremor in her right arm, which has also started to effect her left hand, and slowed movements. She has a poor memory, often forgetting names and tasks, as well as general indecision and poor judgement. She has repetitive tendencies, doing things and asking questions multiple times in short spans of time. She gets confused often, with things like time and numbers, and following conversations.
Looks: she's a skinny girl, since she doesn't remember to eat all too often. She's about 5'4, with blue eyes and hair, which she keeps short to avoid having to style or brush
Hero outfit: it's black, with a large clock in the stomach, and a red cape. She didn't design too much, obviously
