Strengths: despite their pretty weak appearance, they can handle a lot of punishment, and if given time to use their quirk they can end a fight really quickly, or last for a long time. It works both ways
Weaknesses: aside from being highly allergic to literally any form of insect venom, the offensive part of their quirk relies on plants. The further they are from plants, the less they can do. Their wings are also pretty weak, and can't carry more than their own body weight. And, unless they strip down, they can't fly in rain either since their clothes become too heavy
Ultimate move: they summon the plants below the ground, using them to ensnare their opponent, or encase.

Personality: much like they look, they're super nice. They try their best to be a friend to all, and doesn't tend to get upset. While they can be saddened as easily as anyone else, anger is very rare, and fairly terrifying. They help whenever they can, and prefer keeping the mood to be lighthearted and cheerful. While they can occasionally be a little oblivious, they're not an idiot, and can't be easily tricked. In addition, they're pretty good at tricking people if they try, which they rarely do.
Physical health: being what is essentially an immortal, magical being, it's very good. Although, getting drunk on cream could be seen as a problem

Looks: they're insanely beautiful, as expected from an elf. Long blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and flawless ivory skin. Though, their appearance does change notably, although the exact reasons aren't entirely known. Sometimes, their skin is more of a pale green, and their hair moves closer to a dark amber. Then, on the very rare occasion when they're truly mad or purposefully commit an evil deed, their skin changes to a dark grey, their hair drains of colour, and their eyes do the same. There are more, but they tend to just be things that happen one day for no reason, and never last. Across all types, their body remains the same. Slim, feminine, and lean, with a height of approximately 5'10. Then, of course, large bug-like wings sprout from their back, and they keep their pointed ears
Hero outfit: it's kind of a thin, green suit of armour. It's extremely thin and lightweight, being more of an appearance thing over a practicality thing, though it doesn't hinder them in any way. Attached is also a green circlet, made of ivy
