Quirk description: it's technically one quirk, but both parts only work separately. And they both change them. Positive attraction works like a magnetism quirk, allowing him to attract anything nearby towards whatever part of their body they want. Knockaway does the opposite, repelling things from the areas
Strengths: both parts are good for defence, basically acting like shields for most of their body. And they can do well for attacks too
Weaknesses: it's super difficult to use it on more than a few small areas, so it would be difficult to fight if she's putting too much effort into using the repulsion. And attraction just means he can move a stab away from his stomach to his arm instead
Ultimate move: magnetic fists. Draws the attacks away from his core, and also makes his attacks easier to land. Bounce away, she uses her quirk to knock things away from herself, and makes her punches extra harder because they throw people back when she activates it

It's a weird mix, she's really nice with basically everyone, unless they happen to annoy her, or get in her way, or generally just do something she doesn't like. Then, she's happy to hurt basically anyone

Looks: a skinny, somewhat effeminate boys you can definitely tell he's a guy, but if you squinted then.... maybe.
