He can also hover in a 'land of light', which is just a small platform of light he creates under himself that can slow his descent and let him hover momentarily
Strengths: his max speed is super high, he can turn ninety degrees in less than a second, and he can run fast enough to run up or along walls
Weaknesses: it takes a bit of time to get up to speed, and obviously he can't sneak, at all
Ultimate move: he runs in a circle, forcing his opponent to spin along with him, which usually results in the other person vomiting or passing out from dizziness
