Quirk description: the main aspect of his quirk is the fear. He can just create an aura of fear. For most people, it's completely terrifying, and can occasionally cause people to actually freeze up in fear. For most of the people he's gonna use it on, like villains, the effects won't be as good since they're gonna be people who don't get scared by normal things. Depending on what they've experienced, it their personality, his opponents may just feel slight unease, or general anxiety. There's one desperate aspect, but that won't come into play until his quirk evolves. There's also a physics mutation that gives him a huge pair of horns, that can really hurt if you get hit or stabbed
Strengths: he can use it in several people, and it doesn't have any drawbacks in him that effect how well he can use it
Weaknesses: it's not particularly useful against his own opponents, and some people are completely immune to it. Not many though. His horns also weigh a LOT, so they get pretty tedious
Ultimate move: he focuses all the power he can onto his target, for either a second or longer, and uses that as a chance to ram them with his horns.

Personality: despite the nature of his quirk, he's not really that dark or scary, unless he has to be. He's a pretty playful person, and likes to make people laugh. He has potential to be great with kids and people, but his looks usually put them off
Physical health: he has some back and neck problems from carrying around his horns all the time
Mental health: he has a slight case of panic disorder, and agoraphobia
Looks: he doesn't have a body... technically? His 'body' is sort of just a swirling amalgamation of shadows, which is why his clothes usually just consist of cloaks. It's a strange concept, since he doesn't physically have a body, but if you were to look you wouldn't see any of it. Specifically, you wouldn't be able to perceive it without your brain just dying, so it just appears to be a swirling black mass. People with quirks that give them highly resilient minds, or people who's minds no longer function the same way as normal, actually CAN perceive it. The things that can be seen are his hands, which also have the appearance of black shadows. His face is sort of like a goat skull, except his horns are huge. They come from the back of the skull, and the top. A 'small' set at the bottom, which are level with his mouth and curl down, before flicking upwards at the ends. Then he has a larger pair that start a little higher, moving upwards and over the skull, which act to not only protect the skull, but allow him to cause both blunt force trauma and straight up impairment. Then, from just beside them, a huge pair of horns extend outwards, curling around and tucking to below the skull, though this pair is covered in spikes.
Hero outfit: it's basically just a cloak. That's pretty much is, since nobody can really see him anyway. It helps to terrify people when he isn't using his quirk
