Quirk: well, the most noticeable thing is his arms, which he has six of. He has two very normal ones, and two that look like regular arms but very skinny. He also produces a natural rope-like web, which he can throw over twenty feet with high accuracy
Strengths: he's pretty much unbeatable when it comes to dodging, since he has such good reflexes and flexibility. He's also great at binding his opponents, obviously, and very good at climbing and sneaking
Weaknesses: while his arms are strong, they're also pretty weak. They can be broken a lot easier than a normal arm
Ultimate move: he basically just wraps his enemy in a whole lot of his webbing. It's not exactly complicated, but it is effective

Looks: approximately 5'9, and very thin. His weight is fine, it just so happens that his quirk gives him that body type, as well as an innate flexibility. He's basically built like a cartoon character, with a very white and pastel palette. His hair is fairly long, sweeping down across his eye, or up in sort of a... swish? It's also white, with a small pink hue that flares up around the edges. his left eye is covered by an eyepatch, at least for a while, while his right is pretty normal, with a crimson-ish iris . His hands also have holes, one on each fingertip and then in the back of his wrist, which let him make an manipulate his webbing
