Strengths: the rockets are not only incredibly fast, but also incredibly strong.
Weaknesses: the rockets don't actually get stronger, but they can be used for longer periods of time, or at a higher percentage of their power, if he increases his stamina. So it's all based on endurance. They also produce lots of heat, too
Ultimate move: rocket punch, he charges up his fist to its limit, and punches someone

Looks: ignoring his quirk, he's not very noticeable. Bright green hair, which happens to be incredibly soft and fluffy, matching green eyes, and a surprisingly slim build. Nowhere near as muscular as what you'd imagine, since all of his strength really just lies in his cardio. He's definitely strong, but it's not the same type of 'tight packed muscle' deku or nakugo have, more of a big, show-off type of muscle
Hero outfit: a very large metal fist. It's made of special materials, that give it immense strength and one-way energy absorption, which allows him to receive less damage from his own punches, and control directions a little. This same materials is used in his boots, though the directions can't be controlled there. He wears loose, thing white trousers, and a large red cloth belt that he ties around his waist
