Quirk description: he can control water. That's it, it's a simple quirk. He can control any type of water, but it HAS to be a certain level. It won't work on dry air, and would work on humid air though nowhere near as good as steam or actual water
Strengths: there's water in a lot of places, and they're immune to almost all damage outside of heat
Weaknesses: they require water to use their quirk, and they're insanely weak to heat.

Personality: she's kinda odd. He's fairly average in most senses, and doesn't actually stand out above anyone else. But, one big thing about him is how smart he can get. He gets more observant, perceptive, and creative whenever he's mad. Like, he'll just become powerful when he's mad almost out of spite, which coincidentally makes his quirk stronger, and his fighting better
Physical health: it's INCREDIBLY hard for them to have any type of health issue. They're balls.

Appearance: this is incredible easy. Three small balls, each about the size of a ping-pong ball, with the appearance of a rough cut stone. Three of those floating together, that's it. They usually bend a humanoid water shape around themselves to allow them to interact with the environment
