Quirk: bogeyman
Quirk description: it's a mutation quirk, primarily. It gives him horrifying teeth, razor sharp claws, and crushing talons. He also has horns, but they're next to useless. The real 'power' of his quirk is that he can pretty much teleport, able to move in and out of shadows, whilst also controlling things in them. Something like dark shadow would be utterly powerless against him in the dark, though that control only applies to shadow based creatures.
Strengths: obviously it's best at night, and he's always got some sort of weapon accessible
Weaknesses: his shadow teleportation doesn't really work in the day, unless he can find somewhere incredibly dark. He's also weakened in the light, and gets weaker through prolonged exposure

Personality: he doesn't necessarily have one, at least noticeably. He's sort of a... puppet? He's more of the 'follow orders' type, though he isn't actually mindless. He's kind of like a super smart nomu, able to communicate in some ways, but also unable to be tricked or reasoned with. He follows who HE wants to, though he also has his own rules. He refuses to let really young children get hurt, unless they're not 'innocent', and he only hurts people that he doesn't see as innocent, though his definition isn't fixed
Physical health: it's arguably fine, but his back is pretty awkwardly shaped. But it doesn't seem to be a problem
Mental health: he doesn't really... have any? His mind works differently depending on who he hangs out with, really
Looks: he's super noticeable. He stands at about 6'7 when he's in his 'relaxed' posture, but when in his 'working' posture he stands at an even eight feet. His skin is all the same colour, a feel black that blends in perfectly with the dark shadows he likes to call home. His limbs are long, creepily long. His hands are tipped with six inch claws, making his hands pretty much useless as actual hands. His mouth, which usually sits in a huge twisted smile, is full of razor sharp teeth, that sit in strange ways that no real animal would ever have, and the rest of his face is pretty much non-existent. No eyes, or nose, or ears, though somehow he can still see and hear. He's incredibly lean, bordering on emaciated
Villain outfit: it's the same as his normal outfit, that itself may not actually be an outfit? He wears what appears to be a regular suit, but dark.
