Quirk description: he's sort of a cyborg, though it's very well hidden. His body is controlled by a chip in his neck, which allows him to actually move, though there's also a secondary ability that lets him surrender his control to an AI. His body also has the ability to take in more cybernetics, like metal limbs, or specialised eyes, or things like that.
Strengths: the AI has access to all of the internet, meaning he can communicate with anyone who has a phone through his mind, he can access lots of online information, and if he needs to he can allow the AI to take full control. It's a great fighter, though it doesn't work nuance his natural abilities outside of reactions
Weaknesses: his body naturally isn't really all too much different, outside of his AI implant and a Jack that allows him to interact with electronics in different ways. His AI also Ovid creativity, so it won't be able to beat some enemies just because it lacks things like human observation and perception, making it fairly easy to trick.

Physical health: other than total paralysis from the neck down, he's fine. But since his quirk allows his body to move, that isn't that problematic too
Mental health: ignoring the robot in his head, fine too
Looks: he primarily looks pretty average. He's an average height, average build, all that. But he's also pretty unique, with crimson and purple hair, techno blue eyes, and obvious augmentation locations all across his body. Like circuitry patterns, but black, which move across his face and arms.
