Prom date (Itachi x reader oneshot)

A/N - While I'm doing the next chapter here's a random one shot.

I walked in to the gym seeing the blue and red balloons with the loud rock music playing. I wore a cute dress with my hair done up in (hairstyle) and some light makeup. I could see everyone entering. Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Rock Lee, Neji, Tenten, Shino, Kiba, Gaara, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, Kankuro and finally Sasuke. That only means one thing...he's here too. I walk towards everyone greeting them. As they all start dancing and talking, Choji raiding the food with the company of Shikamaru.

XXX TIMESKIP XXX

I danced for a bit before sneaking out to the roof. "Hey! I thought you'd still be inside." He said. "How can I be inside when you're here." I said as he wrapped his comforting arms around me nuzzling his face into my hair as I let out a relaxed sigh. We stayed like that for a bit. "I missed you." He breathed out. "I literally snuck out of your room at 5 this morning." "Exactly that's too long." He said. "Let's get out of here." He said touching my nose with his. "Okay where do you want to go, Itachi." "The beach." "What if Sasuke sees us."

My POV

Thats right you're secretly dating your best friends brother. It started in the middle of of high school. When Sasuke went to bed during sleepovers you would end up talking with Itachi. After that the talks became more and more personal and you would sneak into his room and play video games and chat with each other. Then you and him had sleepovers in his room, in secret of course. He was senior and you were a junior who would possibly find out. You both had different friends, but Sasuke was smarter than that and figured it out and secretly he didn't mind but you didn't know that. Now Itachi was in University so you could only see him at his house but he managed to get a chance to get you out of prom. He knew you wouldn't want to dance with anyone else so he made time for you to escape with him.

Y/N POV

We escaped and got into Itachi's car. We got to a store and bought some snacks, sodas. We drove to the beach as I took off my high heels and we both walked along the shoreline talking and occasionally splashing each other. I suddenly got a text because I forgot to leave my phone on the car.

I rolled my eyes playfully as Itachi looked at me confused and amused. "Your brother knows." I said emotionlessly as he looked at me with slightly widened eyes. "And?" "He's not mad." I said with a bright smile as we kissed with the sun coming up behind us. We giggled at how long we spend at the beach as we ran chasing each other in the dawn. The ocean breeze whipped our hair around.
