Y/N's POV

The music was loud the party was rowdy. Girls dancing with their boyfriends and social people just being in their  comfort zone...Could never be me! I was in the corner of the room slowly slipping closer to the door but of course I couldn't do it alone. My literal other half...no we aren't married, he's just my best friend, my only friend and my other awkward partner. He was none other than Itachi Uchiha. We have known each other since birth probably. We did everything together from schooling, social lives and out family lives. We were so close it was impossible to separate us. But I would never admit even in the slightest that I have somehow fallen in love with him, I admire everything about who he is and how he treats people, his intellect and even the most minor things. But luckily spending my whole life with Uchiha's teaches you a thing or two about hiding emotions and I've buried mine six feet deep! 

Itachi's POV

What do I even do? I've been drinking way too much I figured it was my nerves getting the best of me. She was right next to me...she always was, it was so hard sometimes not to pin her against the wall and ravage her. She had no idea and I thank god for that. I hid so many emotions and my patience was running low she was my best friend. It was wrong! But how could I not want more from the only person who has always given me more. She always goes out of her way to make me happy. The number of times she told me she'd do anything for me and tries to put a smile on my face when I'm sad. I am so in love with her. Her smile, her laugh, her ability to keep up with my more complicated conversations and just her willingness to be someone I can always rely on. She's the kind of woman you would go shopping for a wedding ring even though it's only the first date. But she's my best friend. I can't even think straight right now.

Author's POV

The two oblivious best friends sat in the corner still as Itachi finished his eighth drink slowly feeling the buzz (I've never drank before so I have no idea how getting drunk feels) as Y/N worriedly turned to him. 

"Are you okay Itachi?"

"Y-Yeah...I think I need to lay d-down."

"Why did you drink so much you dumbass." Y/N said concern filling her voice as she regretted not keeping count for him. As he gave her a sleepy yet slightly cocky smile. 

"You still love me though." He said as she rolled her eyes nodding. Not realising those words were like a double edged sword and she was about to get sliced.

"I only had four drinks how many did you have?"

"Eight...cos I'm the shit."

"Itachi you are so drunk right now."

"No babe you are." He said as she felt a weird sensation at him calling her that. I mean he has called her that before as a joke but now when she was a bit tipsy that word may have just hit differently.

"Shut up you weirdo!" She said pouting as she pulled him up the stairs to a room where he could maybe lie down. 

"You know you kinda look like Y/N, one day...one day I will marry you Y/N." He said with so much confidence as she froze.  'He said he wants to m-marry me?' She thought to herself trying to process what her drunk best friend just said.

"Itachi it's me stop talking nonsense!"

"I try to hide it...I do I was supposed to pretend I like her like a friend but she's  just so goddamn perfect...I was supposed to take it to the grave and let her be with who she wants to be with but I...I want her all to myself...am I selfish?"

"Itachi you don't mean that..." Y/N said in a whisper...

"Shhh don't tell her." He said giggling. 

"Itachi you..." Y/N started as she gave up slamming him into the nearest door. "Fuck it." She said slamming her lips into his as his eyes widened slowly coming to his senses from the absolute shock. She pulled him closer while opening the door as he slowly started kissing back falling into the kiss. He slipped his hand into up her top caressing her stomach as she moaned slightly giving him a chance to slip his tongue in her mouth as they went deeper into the kiss. He was going to take everything he learned about her his whole life and make her go numb with ecstasy. 

He turned them around pushing her on the bed as he pulled off his shirt watching the sunset through the window that shone perfectly onto his crafted body. Both their minds going numb as they fell deeper into the ocean of lust. Oh but how they were going to react in the morning. 

BONUS 

Y/N drifted out of sleep feeling hair that she assumed was hers (if you hair is short just imagine being such a deep sleeper you forgot) draped over her neck so she moved it feeling nothing...like it was someone else. The rest of her body woke up as she felt an arm draped around her waist, her fingers intertwined with someone's hands as her eyes shot open realising she was completely naked in bed with a stranger. She looked down at their intertwined hands...that hand...that hand...she knows that hand...it's...it's...Itachi?! Her eyes widened as she smiled still in a little bit of shock as she turned seeing a sleeping Itachi. She smiled more going back to bed not noticing the person next to her giving a small smirk of triumph.
