"Hey."

"Are you alright?"

"Do you need help with that?" The man she has known for quite sometime slides towards her side, looking over to what had caught her attention for the past few days.

The journal she expressed her feelings to daily seems to be empty in some pages. The goals set, the schedule, all gone and finished. She did them all; all done and set. A page of where she speaks of her mind by the end of the day was filled and messy. The scratches of inks from the quilt scratched over. The mistakes populating.

There was something that kept her all day. She wasn't sure of how to express it. It was too hard. The stress and curled feelings by her heart and mind. It was heavy.

She continued to stay quiet, rubbing her forehead slowly yet vigorously. He saw how she was debating whether to speak up her mind that has been eating her. The tears brimmed by the edge of her eyes grew before trickling. Hiding it as she wiped them away, letting out a cough.

He saw it, beginning to get worried for her. The man ruffled her hair, pecking her head from where she sat on her desk chair. "You can always talk to me." His eyes scanning her reactions and minds.

She nodded slowly, sniffing and leaning by his touch.

"I had a dream..." She started, after a long pause from what he spoke by the end. Laughing, "I got everything I wanted."

He sadly smiles by her hair, eyes saddening and drooped as he listened to her words. "Hm... that sounds nice, doesn't it? Tell me more."

She smiled, thinking back to her thoughts and previous dream. "Well, it was great from the start. I was living a great life with a stable economy. I met so many people that I wanted to meet. I was acknowledged by them and respected by them! My family was there and cheering me on as I continued to follow my dreams."

"Hmm... that's amazing. Indeed, it is." He breathed by her scent, feeling unusually guilty. The look on his face saying nothing more than sorrow.

"I had a pet unicorn! I named him (insert name)!" She brightened, her eyes sparkling in joy, wrapping her arms by his waist as he stood by her side.
