"River... What the?", Lucy cringed when she saw him like that.

Grumbling, he lowered himself onto the bed next to me while holding his shoulder.

"I snatched the gun out of his hand just in time.", Keith said.

"Yeah, that's really great of you... It's only my shoulder that's dying now."

She sat on the ground and looked at River in disbelief.

"Now you can tell him again.... Personally and not over me.", she said to him before leaning against the wall holding her head in dizziness.

She watched us grin and then lay down on the floor yawning. The next day, I perked up relatively soon and pushed River off of me, who then lay on the floor groaning. Lucy startled up and looked at me tiredly.

Satisfied, I disengaged and leaned back hissing as the orgasm subsided and I felt the pain again in full measure.

Lucy's P.o.V
I moved off of him and down to Keith.

"Hey... Keith, Colin sent me."

He looked at me confused for a moment before a light seemed to dawn on him and he handed me a small bag.

"Dose he'll have to do it himself today."

"Okaaay I'll tell him... bye", I took the bag and quickly walked up to him . "What's in there anyway?"

He accepted it gratefully and straightened up a bit to take out the syringes as well as the liquid gold.

I sighed, then nodded curtly and went quiet with a simple:"Okay."

He looked for a spot on his arm where there were no puncture holes or bruises yet, but gave up after a few seconds and stabbed the other arm.
I quickly looked away to keep from falling over. I hated injections.
Relieved, he put the stuff aside and waited for the effect, which fortunately wasn't long in coming. I looked at him and lay down with him. Sighing, he put an arm around me and kissed my hairline.

"Don't ever start doing drugs, kiddo."
