Chapter 42

Krist looked at his ring lovingly. He couldn't believe that he was married to his Godt. He looked over at his husband and smiled. They were having dinner with everyone now. He was amazed to see all the decoration's they had done in such a short time. Dr. Yan came over and sat next to him.

"Congratulations, Krist. I am very happy for you." Yan said

Krist nodded. He looked at his ring again and asked,"Dr, can we..."

"Hold it. You can do whatever you have in mind but be careful. Don't stress yourself. I am leaving now. I will see you next month. Ok. If you have any query you can call me whenever." Yan said and got up. He hugged Krist and Godt and greeted everyone.

"Thank you so much." Krist said smiling

He closed his eye's and said a small prayer of thanks. He was really grateful to have such a loving family. His parent's had always supported him. And now even Godt and his parent's are always with him. Godt looked at him and held his hands.

"Are you tired? Want to sleep?" He asked

Krist shook his head. He wasn't tired. He wanted to spend more time with everyone. He saw Knot and Singto get up after eating. He excused himself and followed them. He stopped them before they went too far. Knot was surprised to see him.

"What's wrong?" Knot asked worried

Krist shook his head and hugged him
"Thank you so much for everything."

Knot smiled and hugged him back. After Knot, Singto hugged him too.

"Take care of yourself. I will always be your best friend. You can call me whenever you want." Singto said

Krist nodded and said,"I will. Thank you too."

Singto smiled. They had already gifted them with couple watches with their names and wedding date. Krist had loved it. He went back inside and met Gwen and Mark.

"Mae, Papa, where are you going?"

"We are going home. It's too late." Mark said

"Can't you stay over?" Krist asked

"Aww.. don't worry. I will come in the morning. I have hired a cook and a housemaid. They will come tomorrow morning. They will help you to look after the house well." Gwen said

"Thank you so much, mae. You have already done so much for me." Krist said

"You are my son just like Godt. Take care of yourself and of Godt too. He is also your responsibility now. If you ever feel tired, just call me. I will always be there." Gwen said

Krist hugged her and nodded. Mark hugged him too. They too left.

Krist saw his parent's talking with Godt. He smiled and joined them.

"Where were you? I was searching for you." Godt said and held his hand

"Went to see off Mae and Papa. Mae, dad, are you leaving too?" Krist asked

"Yaa. I will come back in the morning. Sleep well. Take care. Good night, baby." Susan said and hugged him

Krist hugged her too and whispered,"Thank you so much for everything. I love you, mae."

"I love you too. I am proud of you and will always be." Susan said

David came and hugged him.
"Take care of yourself. Call me in the morning. Don't forget about me."

"I won't, dad. I love you too." Krist said

Godt looked at them and smiled. He was very happy today. They went till the door to see them off. After their parents had left, Godt picked Krist in his arms
