Chapter 47

Krist was a crying mess. Godt was hugging him and whispering sweet word's but he was just crying and clinging to him. Ever since they read about the news, Godt had switched off both their phone's. He felt bad that Krist was going through all this because of him. If he had controlled his anger none of this would have happened. He should have just ignored Bas as always. But he can't tolerate anyone saying bad word's about his Krist. He loved him alot

"Baby, calm down. Please it's not good for our baby. It's affecting her too. Please stop crying na." Godt said and rubbed his back

"Everyone hates me. They called me a gold digger. They even called me a whore. How could they???" Krist cried.

"Shh...calm down. They don't know anything. They are just angry after what Bas said. They don't know the truth." Godt said..

"I had uploaded our wedding pictures yesterday and they were so happy. They commented so many happy wishes but now..they ignored it." Krist said

"I will clear all this. Don't worry. I know what to do. Just calm down." Godt said

"What are you going to do?" Krist asked

"I spoke to Pen and even she agreed that I should clear our name's by doing a press conference. Also I will go Live and tell them the truth. You just relax." Godt said smiling

"Are you sure this will stop them?" Krist asked, wiping his tears

Godt nodded and kissed him softly
"I am sure. I have to tell them that I was never involved with Bas. Once they know the truth, I am sure they will apologise to you."

"What about Bas?" Krist asked

"Hmmm. I don't know. I have had enough of his possessiveness and aggression. I will deal with him later. Right now we have to stop all this. You trust me?" Godt asked

Krist nodded

"Stay calm. Our parents are on their way. They will take care of you and if you feel uneasy, you have to call Dr.Yan. Understood?"

"I know. But I am still scared. What if someone attacks you? Some people had threatened." Krist asked. He was worried for him

"Don't worry. Knot is coming with me. He had called in the morning. He will be here soon. Don't worry. Ok." Godt said and kissed him

"I hope everything just settles down. I am scared for you. What if they discover my pregnancy? They will call me a freak ..." Krist said shocked. He started crying again

"Shh..shhh...calm down. I will make sure that no news of your pregnancy leaks out. Now come on, you must be hungry. Let's have breakfast. Go take a shower fast or should we do it together??"

Krist blushed and nodded. He needed to be close to Godt. He was afraid of what will be the outcome of the press conference. He hugged Godt and he carried him in his arms towards the bathroom.

When they walked down, Lennie came forward and hugged Krist.

"Don't let those haters get to you.  You haven't done anything wrong. Be strong. Come and sit. I have prepared your breakfast." Lennie said and made him sit down. Godt also sat beside him.

They were eating when Knot came inside. He patted Krist's head and hugged him. Krist smiled at him and said,"Remember your promise. You have to protect Godt at all cost."

Knot nodded. "I will, don't worry. When do we leave?"

Godt looked at his watch and said,"The conference is in 2 hour's but we have to go through all our point's. I don't want them to misunderstand anything now. Also we have to be careful that no one discover's Krist's pregnancy."
