Pepper: "I need you to go to the press conference"

I was sat in moms office going through this months work schedule.

Y/n: "Sure what time?" I pulled out my notebook taking notes

Pepper: "2:30pm"

Y/n: "Day?" I tapped my pen at the tip of my book

Pepper: "Today" she looked at me then back at her books

Y/n: "Today!" I looked at her surprised

Pepper: "Yes we had to push it forward and use the actual day to hold an staff event" she started typing away

Y/n: "Okay that's fine I'll just wing it" I sat back crossing my legs

Tony: "Good afternoon to the two most important women in my life" we turned around to see dad at the door

Y/n: "Hey dad" I smiled and looked back at the contracts Mom put in front of me

Pepper: "What are you doing here?"

Tony: "I thought I'll pop in and see how you two are doing" he sat on the chair besides me.

Pepper: "As you can see we are extremely busy" she tapped my book to get my attention

Y/n: "Ah" I looked at my watch "I should get going" I got up and fixed my dress.

Tony: "Let me drive you" he got up as well

Y/n: "You sure, I have a press conference and I do-" I started walking towards the door, while stuffing my phone in my bag

Tony: "Yeah it's find" he stopped me by placing his hands on my shoulders "I'll go with you"

Y/n: "Okay" I nodded and opened the door
"I'll call you when it's done Mom"

Pepper: "I'll be watching"

Tony: "Bye sweetheart"

He then followed me as we left the building and entered his car.

Tony: "Ready" he looked over at me then started the engine, putting on his sunglasses

Y/n: "I was born ready" I put mine on and looked over at him

Tony: "That's my girl" he smiled then looked back at the road pulling out and we were on the way to the press conference.

At the press conference

We pulled into the new stark industry building and stepped out the car.

We looked up at the building taking our sunglasses off and walking in as the cameras started flashing in our face.

Journalists: "Here she is"

We turned the corner and walked into a room filled with Journalists and news teams awaiting my arrival

Tony: "If you need help just wink at me" he put back on his glasses and stood in the corner

Y/n: "Please sit" I walked up to the podium.
I then took a deep breath and smiled at them.

Y/n: "Welcome to Starks Industries newest Lab, Y/n Starks Lab! where anyone with a goal of developing tech to not only help society but build a better future for us all, can come together under one roof," I looked into the news cameras "The future is in your hands" they then gave me a round of applause

Y/n: "I'll be taking your questions now" I looked at all the journalists

J1: "Will you be working in this new lab?"
