I was sitting at the dining room table eating breakfast when Anna comes and lightly pushes me back from my plate and sits on my lap placing a gentle kiss to my lips "what was that for?" I asked her "what do you mean? I can't kiss you?"
"No you can it's just, you usually growl at me in the morning and like want to kick me in the balls" I said with a light chuckle "I do not" she shoved me as she giggled
"Baby...what do you need? I know there's something" I said looking into her eyes. She huffed out "fine. I need you to fix my car" I smiled at her and scoffed "You're lucky you're cute" I tapped her thigh telling her to get up
"Ok let's see...keys my love" I put my hand out waiting for her to give me her keys which she hands to me. I sit in the front set and put the key into the ignition. It stutters while I pump the gas but doesn't start. I try a few more times and still nothing. I hum to myself trying to figure out why her cars not starting. I just changed the battery like a few months ago.
I look up to the light buttons to see the light button pushed in "bingo" I whisper to myself "Hey Anna come her" she walks to to the drivers side of the car "get in the passenger seat" I nudge my head over to the seat
"What?" She ask getting in "I want you to look around the inside of the car and I want you to tell me why your car won't start" I emphasize the you's. She looks at me confused "Go ahead" I lean back in the really compact front seat waiting for her to get it "I don't get it" she huffed out. I pushed the light button continuously. "Ring a bell" I said still pushing the button
"Baby it's not automatic, you have to turn this off yourself. This is why I'm always changing your battery. Just make an extra effort and" I took a breath and rolled my eyes "I'll order another battery. You can take my jeep to go hangout with Dallas though. I'll get a ride from Clarke if we go anywhere. Just remember he baby showers at 6"
She smiled and smashed her lips onto mine "Alright get off my women. I know I'm sweet but you gotta savor me" She slapped me and I looked at her with wide eyes "That's because I don't have a clear shot of your balls. Stop being such a dick" I rubbed my face and pouted "Now I love you and I'll see you later" I wouldn't look at her
She cupped my face and turned my head to look her in the eye "I said I love you dick head" I smiled at her "prove it" She matched my smile and pulled me in for a long passionate kiss. When I pulled away I smiled in contentment and sighed "I love you too. Now go have fun! Just-....please don't leave my light on" she cocked her head and smiled at me "can't promise anything!" She said quickly jumping out the car "later loser!" Before I could say anything she closed the door of the car heading to my house, most likely heading to my room to grab my keys
"That girl is the death of me" I whispered to myself as I watched her sway her hips walking to my front door.
She came back out with a blue lanyard. Oh hell no "uh uh nope! Anna you know better than to take that jeep! I meant the one I haven't put all my blood sweat and tears into fixing up" Sne whined and crossed her arms "Oh come on Y/N/N! You never let that keep see the light of day! Please just for me" She used these puppy dog eyes
Resist! Don't fall into her trap! Too.Strong.
I huffed "Fine,but I swear to god Anna I better not get it back with not a scratch on it. Not even a speck of dirt" I was dead serious

It was a 1985 Jeep CJ-7 I got from this old guy after he pasted. I used to mow his lawns in the summer and just talk to him. He was a pretty cool dude. He said in his will that he wanted me to have it because he knew I would take care of it and fix it up. He also said I was like the grandkid he never got to experience with his own and he thanked me for that. I miss him but I know he's in a better place
Anna squealed "Thank you Y/N/N! I won't hurt it!" She really just called my baby it "Her names Jamie and you know that!" She waved me off and rolled her eyes "Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're perfect girlfriend who does no wrong. I'm carrying your child cut me some slack"
Well actually it's not biological mine, but I knew better than to actually say that to her so I just kept my mouth shut. She backed Jamie out of the driveway "How hot do I look right now?" She said with a huge grin "Two hands on the wheel Anna! I'm not playing games I will disown you if you wreck my most prize possession" She looked at me with a challenging expression
"Look,no hands" I gasped so hard "Put your hands back on that wheel Shumate"
"Oooo I'm so scared" She rolled her eyes and put the car in drive "Chill your balls, I'll be back later. I'll call you if I need anything." I sighed and shook my head "Oh! And I took your credit card." My head shot up but she cut me off "Ok love you bye!" She took off down the street
"Why did I cave in? Dude you are bigger and stronger than her...what's gonna happen if we get a girl?" I asked myself
