Anna POV

Yesterday was hard after Y/N and I's argument. She didn't kiss me good night, she didn't cuddle with me, shit, she didn't even COME to bed last night. She brushed her teeth, took a leak, and left.

Was she really that mad?

I woke up this morning by myself. I moved my arm around behind me to just feel her warmth, but all I could feel was the coldness of the untouched sheets on my wifes side.

I sighed and stared at the ceiling for a few minutes before I heard a faint knock

"Mommy wake?" I heard Sage say

"I'm awake. You can come in baby"  with that I saw the doorknob turn and in came my baby boy

You would think being only one he wouldn't be able to do as much as he can, but uncle Phil said he was very advanced for his age. Not to mention how tall he has gotten.

"Hi mommy" he said with a weak smile. I could tell something was wrong

"Hi Sagey" I said as he walked over to my side of the bed

"I lay?" He said raising his hands so he can get onto the bed

I picked him up and placed him one Y/N's side. He instantly clung to me and laid on top of me

"Aww baby what's wrong" I started to rub his back as he shook his head

"Tummy" he mumbled

I leaned up so I could sit up and see him. He was clutching his stomach and had a visible frown on his face

I whimpered and went back to laying on my body as I rubbed his back

"Let's go downstairs and get something to make you feel better" I said flinging the covers off of me and heading downstairs to see Everyone except the one person that has my heart

"Morning everyone" I said trying to hid the fact I was miserable without her

"Morning" everyone said seeing right through my act. Their pity filled eyes said enough I had to get out of there

I walked into the kitchen and there I saw her. She seemed to of had a small package in her hands

"Mama" Sage said at almost a whisper. She turned around, dropping the package on the counter in the process, and looked straight into my eyes. I couldn't read her eyes, I couldn't see what she was feeling.

I guess she caught on to what I was doing and looked down before sighing and turning back around and reaching into the cabinet beside her to grab a mug

I sighed and brought my son to the counter beside the fridge and sat him down. I opened the fridge to look for the medicine we keep in there, but came up empty handed

I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to see Y/N with a dropper full of medicine, a pacifier so Sage won't spit it out, and a mug full of coffee

"Here. Just the way you like it" she smiled weakly at me. I softly thanked her as she nodded. The awkward tension between us was cut off when Sage started whimpering again

"Can I?" Y/N asked gesturing to the medicine

"You don't have to ask me. You're his parent too" I said softly trying to show her I was sorry
