I was playing pool with my dad when I heard my phone ding, meaning I had a text. It was from Anna. Wasn't she upstairs doing work? Did she need something?
Boonie!🤍: baby do u love me?
Huh? I was super confused as to why she was asking me this
Me: I married you bozo
Boonie!🤍: yes but did u marry me because im ur best friend? or like a wife? its unclear
That made me laugh and smile. "What's the smile for kid?" My father asked. I showed him the text and he laughed and shook his head "You got lucky with that one Y/N/N"
Me: Bubba, we made a family together
Boonie!🤍: so? what if i was j using u for ur sperm?
Me: Were you?
Boonie!🤍: no...but still. does that mean u love me?
I rolled my eyes and texted her back
Me: I wouldn't be here if I didn't love you baby
Boonie!🤍: can u j answer the damn question! yes or no bruh
Me: Anna of course I do. I tell you that every morning we wake up and every night before we got to sleep

"Daddy-o I'll be back got to make sure Anna's not on something" I told him walking out the room upstairs to our room. I felt my phone buzzing like crazy
"Anna Shumate! Stop texting me and come here!" I said walking through the door of our room and over to our bathroom
Once she walked in I threw a cup of cold water on her "Y/N!" She screamed wiping her eyes clear of the water "What the hell was that for!"
"Just making sure the Wicked Witch of the West didn't overtake your soul" I said placing the cup back down "What the hell are you talking about bubba? Of course I love you" I said grabbing her hand and bringing it to my lips for a gentle kiss
"You don't get to be all nice after you threw water on me, jerk" she said, crossing her arms "Now I'm wet" she said
"That's what she said" I quickly replied back, not giving her enough time to cut me off
She lunged at me, but my reflexes helped me to catch her. I put her on my shoulder and walked to our room "Put me down you bitch!" Anna exclaimed as she slapped me on the back
I dropped her onto the bed and then crawled on top of her "I love you you whore" I joked
"Hey!" She said with a light laugh
"It's not my fault you think I'm going to leave you." I said before my smile faded "I'm not going anywhere. Not now, not ever. We made a family, baby" I shook my head and took a breath before continuing "A family I wouldn't ever want to be away from. Because who else would I make beautiful kids with?"
