Chapter 107

Y/n pov

It was around midnight when I heard a noise. I opened my eyes and sat up "Come back" Anna groaned trying to pull me back down to bed "No I heard a noise" I said getting out of bed "It could be the heat kicking in" she suggested. I shook my head "I'll be back"

I slowly walked down the stairs to see both the twins sitting play with toys. They weren't being very quiet "Evey shhhh" Ever said

"Now what do we have here?" I said quietly scaring the shit out of them. They quickly looked up at me and smiled "Hi daddy" Ever said innocently "Ever Lee and Evey Wes Y/L/N, what are you doing?"

"We sharing and playing" Evey said walking to me with a toy car. "You should be asleep young ladies" I said walking further into the living room and picking up Ever "No daddy no tired" Evey whined on my shoulder

"Im sorry baby, but I can't let you two be up" I said kissing their foreheads "But I'll give you a little treat before going to bed" I said taking them to the kitchen

I placed them down on the counter and moved to the cookie jar "Don't tell mommy" I whispered. The only thing lighting the room up was the dim light over the stove

I let them each have an Oreo as they sat and ate and were just being too cute for their own good. I rubbed their curly short hair that was still growing and kissed both their heads

"Is it good guys?" I asked and they nodded their head frantically. I smiled and leaned on the counter next to them as they continued to eat

"Wanna go to the park tomorrow?" I asked them

"Yayyy!" They shouted

"Guys shhh! Your siblings and mommy are sleeping. Mommy will get mad if you're up" I explained

"Mommy's already mad" I heard her say as she flicked on the kitchen light "Why in Gods green earth are they still up Y/N!" She whispered shouted at me

"Daddy red Ever"  I heard Evey tell Ever behind me

"Anna, bubs, they got out of their cribs and came down here and we're playing. I was just about to go put them back down." I explained

She hummed and walked closer "Gonna clean the cookies from around their mouths before they go back down too?" She asked with a hum

I placed a coy smile upon my lips and started to clean the twins mouths

Once I finished I placed them on the floor "Mommy, you put us to sleep?" Ever asked

"What do you say?" Anna asked running her hand through the twins curls

"Please mommy" they said in unison

She smiled at them and took both their hands and made their way back up the stairs and back to bed

When she got back to bed, she cuddled up to my side and looked at the tv that was consuming my attention "Lets not give toddlers cookies before bed again, but I'm so grateful to have a life with you" she whispered and kissed the corner of my lips

I smiled and turned my head to look at her "I've been through too much for you to not marry you and knock you up and adopt kids"

She hit me and laughed which resulted in me laughing too "Rude much" she said while still laughing

"All jokes bubs" I said kissing her head

She started to rub the scar I had on my abdomen from that day I saved her. "It's crazy to think how far we've come since then" she whispered

"I'd do it all again for you" she looked up at me and shook her head

"Please no. That week or so without you was hell. I was so scared" she said placing her head back on my chest
