IT WAS ANOTHER WEEK past when Rebecca was suddenly greeted with the presence of Hermione J. Granger waiting outside the Ravenclaw common room, her foot tapping nervously, eyes flicking down each side of the hallway before occasionally stealing a glance down to her wristwatch. Slowing in her steps down the stairs alongside her dorm mates, Rebecca immediately felt worry and panic bubble up in her stomach upon noticing the Gryffindor's nervous looks. With the reassurance that she'll meet up with them in the Great Hall later, she waved off Erica, Rosie, and Lisa with a small smile and farewell wave. They all passed Hermione, greeting the younger girl with smiles as well before disappearing down the hall.

"What's up, 'Mione?" Rebecca asked softly just as she reached the Gryffindor, her eyes scanning her person for any signs of injury.

"Do you know a place where we can speak privately?" Hermione asked quickly, her voice low and eyes still flickering down each side of the corridor, "I've got something to ask of you."

"And since you and Harry have decided to make a complete enemy of Umbridge, it'll have to be somewhere extremely discreet." She added, her tone of voice going even lower.

"Yeah, c'mon." The Ravenclaw offered a hand, which Hermione took quickly, turning left at once, and making quick steps down the corridor.

Upon nearing another set of marble stairs, Rebecca guided Hermione down the steps and down yet another hallway. It was a familiar route, even if she hadn't been to her spot in a while. The Ravenclaw ushered the Gryffindor to the side of the last staircase of the floor. With a quick glance down either side of the corridor, she traced her forefinger against the familiar crack in the base of the wall, quickly finding the jagged piece of stone before giving it a firm push-in. There was a ragged loud creak, a puff of dust emerging from the opening that was revealed once the stone slab was slid to the side. Rebecca gestured Hermione into the alcove quickly, keeping watch as the younger girl ducked inside before quickly following suit. The piece of stone slid right back into place once she stepped in.

"What is this place?" Hermione questioned lowly, eyeing the extremely small, dusty space, "and how'd you find it?" her fingertips traced the split seam of an old armchair with a slight grimace, "an old hideout of yours?"

"Found it back in third year," Rebecca answered with a small smile at the memory, "but this stuff," She picked up an old closed tubberware with a grimace of her own, "not mine – someone must've found it too. So we might have to be careful."

"What did you need to ask me?" She added hastily, stuffing her hands back into her pockets before cocking up an eyebrow.

"Well, I've had an idea," Hermione pursed her lips slightly, "and, you don't have to do it of course – this is all really hypothetical – but seeing as you were the one to help Harry –"
