THE GROUP ALL CLAMBERED out and onto the pavement as soon as they had stepped out of number 12 Grimmauld Place, the heavy black door slamming shut behind them. With the metal fence creaking shut once they all passed, the entire apartment building instantly began shrinking away, the two opposite sides of the walls squeezing it right out of their sights. In a blink of an eye, the whole of number 12 was gone and 11 and 13 remained. Remus tossed out his arm like a muggle hitchhiker, right along the end of the curb, and just as quickly as he did, a large, purple, triple-decker Knight Bus appeared, narrowly missing a lamppost as it pulled to a sudden stop before them.

"Welcome to the Knig –"

"Yes, yes, we know, thanks," Tonks blurted out before the thin, pimply employee could continue his greeting, pushing Harry towards the bus' entrance first, "on – on now, c'mon – hurry."

"'Ere – it's 'Arry –!"

"If you dare shout his name again, I swear I will curse you into oblivion," The metamorphmagus threatened lowly, now ushering both Hermione and Ginny onto the bus as she leveled him a glare.

The teens all clambered on quickly, Rebecca stifling a laugh at the sight of the young man's pursed and shocked expression to Tonks' threat – an odd sense of pride filling her chest. Remus was the last to step on, the bus' door shutting closed right behind him. The Knight Bus was nearly crammed to the brim with an assortment of mismatched chairs grouped hazardously around the window – some had fallen over, most likely due to the abrupt stop in front of Grimmauld Place. Few witches and wizards were still picking themselves up from the floor of the bus, grumbling and uttering about the driving.

"'Ello there," The same employee, his name tag reading Stan, grinned slyly – leaning awkwardly on one of the steel reinforcing poles of the bus before Rebecca could follow after Tonks, "and yo' name?"

"It's –"

"– none of your concern." Fred interjected, his eyes already narrowed and an arm snaking around her waist to tug her back towards himself.

"Come on you two, seats in the back," Remus cut in between both wizards, holding back a large eye roll as he ushered the couple away and towards both Ginny and George, "hurry along."

Fred happily stepped away, his hand now tucked into his girlfriend's back pocket as he sent a final warning look to Stan. The uniformed youth didn't seem remotely fazed, happily taking the payment from Remus for all their tickets. Rebecca, having held back her amusement for far too long, finally let her chuckles escape her lips upon reaching Ginny and George, peering up at her boyfriend with eyebrows raised. Fred only grinned innocently, ducking his head down to press a sound kiss to her lips – pulling back just as quick before using a single hand to usher her into a chair and taking the vacant one beside her.
