OPEN YOUR EYES (BLIND I) - MUSIQ SERIES PART 2

61. FIRST TIME IN AGES

After the Korean track was done, the girls started working hard on it as they already had the choreography for the Japanese one yet it would be filmed after the Korean one. They only had three days to prepare it, so they worked all day and only stopped to eat or sleep to make sure they had everything on time. While some prepared the choreography others recorded the vocals and so on, so they were running around the building all day every day and did not even have time to stop for a second and do anything else that would keep their mind off the task. 

They knew that if Heejin had worked on the song with Zia more actively they would have had it earlier but, thanks to Heejin's ability to convince them with just a few words, they all agreed on letting her do it, thus having to run against the deadline after it. Thankfully, the dance line was very skilled at choregraphing and, although for the Korean song they did ask Heejin for help far more often than for the Japanese one, they had the choreography done by Tuesday night and spent the entire Wednesday practicing.

With that, Thursday finally came, and with it the filming day. Once again, they would be filming everything in just one day, so they contacted one of the studios from the previous tasks and they built the sets and everything so the girls could film at the same time and not waste any time at all. It meant it was double as expensive, but since the company was the one who planned it that way they just did as told without a word.

As they were so many, they started filming at almost four in the morning to have time for everything, but they would have a rather long break for lunch to let the staff prepare the other sets.

By the time lunch came, the girls were already exhausted sitting down on the floor by one of the walls. The stylists had told them many times to not do that to not ruin their clothes but, since they had changed back to their own clothes, they laid down on each other's shoulders or the wall to try to rest for even a minute.

"I hope they give us more time for the next task. I don't even know what sunlight is anymore," Juna said to no one in particular. "Do any of you know if we will be eating here?"

"I was going to ask the same thing," Iku said and turned to the camera operator filming them at that moment. "Do you know?"

As he shook his head, the girls sighed. Normally a group would ask their manager about those things, but since they were not a group they had no clue who to ask.

"Well, hello, there!" Dani, C1K's manager, exclaimed as they went inside the set and approached them. "Long time, no see!"

"Dani? What are you doing here?" Heejin asked them confused.

"Kitae and I were asked to take to you to have your lunch. The staff will follow us, don't worry."

"But why did they send you? You should be with C1K or having a day off."

"You'll know soon. Come on! Up!"

Although confused, they followed Dani out of the building and hopped on the two vans that were outside. They just split in half and joined whichever one they wanted, so Heejin went to Kitae's one along with Iku, Juna, Eunae and Minako.

"Good afternoon, girls. Tough morning?" Kitae asked as he drove away.

"I do not even know what day it is today or where I am, to be honest," Eunae admitted. "How are the boys doing, by the way? We haven't even been able to watch or listen to their comeback."

"It went better than anyone expected. At this rate, they will get a perfect all-kill."

The girls felt even worse about not listening to the album after that since they were breaking records yet were not even supporting them slightly due to their busy schedules. If they had had the comeback during another task they would have been able to at least listen to it during their short breaks, but that time they did not even have breaks.
