They finished filming the performance video at around seven in the afternoon after filming for more than four hours. It was just a performance video and it should not have taken them that long, but both the crew and the boys wanted everything to be perfect and they repeated it more times than they usually would. At seven, however, they finally wrapped things up and rested at the stands for a minute before going back to MusiQ to pick up their things and go to Paju again.
"Where were you this morning?" Joontae asked Axel and Heejin. "The rest of us met up at around one, but you didn't come until later."
"We were in the Gyeongbokgung palace," Heejin answered. "We even dressed up in hanboks and all."
"Wait, for real?" Iku asked confused and they nodded. "Aren't there usually many people around there?"
"We've got that covered," Axel assured her and handed his phone to Heejin. "We'll pretend we were there to promote Korean culture and upload some pictures tagging the ministry. It will help dissipate any possible rumours in the case anyone recognised us, which I doubt."
As he explained everything, Heejin took Axel's phone to show everyone the pictures they had taken. They had turned out even better than they expected and when the rest saw the pictures they clearly agreed as they all commented on how good they looked.
"Everyone kept staring at Axel because of how good he looked," Heejin told them. "Seriously, I'm not exaggerating."
"As if they weren't looking at you too!" he rolled his eyes.
"Sure, whatever you say." Heejin continued looking through the pictures. "I seriously loved the hairpin I was wearing."
"You both look amazing," Juiyu told her and went closer to her ear to whisper. "I'm sensing we need to talk, don't we?"
As Heejin nodded, Juiyu tried hard to not smile. During the filming of the MV Axel and Heejin had been acting closer than ever before during the program, so it was not difficult to see that something had happened that day, even if she did not exactly know what.
"You went from wearing a hanbok to wearing all leather," Duyi told them. "Speaking about that: Axel, Heejin, aren't you freezing?"
Heejin was only wearing a top under her leather jacket and Axel was shirtless under his so, considering it was only two degrees Celsius (35.6 ºF) at that moment, they were nearly shivering. While dancing it did not bother them as much but, as they were just sitting down at that moment, they were starting to really notice it.
"Our coats are in the van and they left to get us dinner, so we don't really have an option," Axel said and turned to Heejin. "Are you okay, though?"
"Yes, don't worry," she lied. "Nothing I can't handle."
I was noticeably clear she was lying so, as she was sitting on the stand right below him, he went down to her stand and hugged her from behind, rubbing her arms in the process to try to keep her warmer.
"There was no need," Heejin rolled her eyes.
"Stop lying already," he said and hugged her closer. "Besides, synergy."
"Get a room!" Joontae pushed his shoulder lightly as they all laughed.
"Go with Dara if it bothers you so much," Heejin stuck out her tongue and cuddled more into Axel as the rest moved on to different conversations, leaning her head back on his shoulder and shutting her eyes for a second. "You no longer smell like fancy shit."
"I haven't drunk or smoked in days, so I guess that helps. But I've sweat like a pig, so I just smell like shit now," they laughed. "You still smell like vanilla. Even your hair does."
