After the debut of the first group created by MusiQ Entertainment and after refusing to debut as a soloist, Jang Heejin goes through the uncertainty of debuting after 5 years under the label.
With her own struggles with her family and a boyfriend t...
"Jang Heejin!" Mrs Kim exclaimed from downstairs as Heejin worked on her song in her room. "Come downstairs now!"
Since Mrs Kim was not supposed to know that they had a music room because it would give her yet another thing to attack Heejin with, they always kept that room locked whenever she was at their house and therefore Heejin had to work on her music without the instruments and on her laptop while pretending she was working on something else. She had been working since early in the morning since it was Sunday and it was not believable if she went to the company, but that did not seem to sit well with Mrs Kim either.
Warily, Heejin made her way downstairs and saw Heejin leaning on the dining table looking at her angrily.
"What happened?" she asked her confused.
"Aren't you cleaning today?" she asked her.
"I am sorry?" Heejin asked her bewildered.
"You haven't cleaned the house today. Do you want to live in a pile of dirt?"
"Today is Sunday. Mum and dad do it on Sundays," Heejin told her. "Yunghoon and I do it during the week, Min on Saturdays and Mum and I on Sundays."
"Just do it already and stop nagging," Mrs Kim said sitting on the couch. "Tell Yunghoon to come here while you are at it. I haven't seen him all day."
"He went out," Heejin explained. "He was going to help a friend today."
"Is he going to miss dinner with his family?!" she asked her angrily. "My son is coming tonight!"
"Oh, the rest of the Kim family is coming too... I was not told," Heejin said trying not to lose her cool. "I will tell him about it. Now, if you will excuse me, I'll start cleaning."
The worst part about Mrs Kim was not how she bossed Heejin around, but rather how she always made sure to do it when she knew Heejin would hate it the most.

Even if she told Yunghoon that she would be asking Min for help, Heejin did not do it in the end because she did not like dragging him into her own mess. Even if Mrs Kim hated everyone in that house except for Yunghoon, it was very obvious and clear that she hated Heejin the most and dragging her younger brother would only make things worse for him.
As silently as possible, Heejin cleaned the house while trying not to bother Mrs Kim, who was reading a book at that moment. Even the smallest thing could make her jump, so she was extra careful and even turned the volume of her phone down, only leaving the vibration on.
"Heejin!" Min called him from upstairs.
"That little-!" Mrs Kim said but Heejin quickly shut her up by replying to her brother.
"Yes, Min?" she asked although not as loud as him and approaching the stairs.
