HEATHER'S POV
When Taylor chose me to go first my face dropped. I didn't want to be here in the first place never mind having to go first. Ya I've had fillings before but I hated them, every single one I've had hurt.
"Heather go take a seat please" Karlie said taking me out of my thoughts.
"Karlie I I I can't" I whimper nervously
"Heather please don't make this harder for us then it has to be, we go through this every single time your here" Karlie sighed
I nervously go sit in the chair and it immediately gets laid back and Taylor turned on the light making me look up at her in fear.
"It's ok hun, you're ok" she said softly as she grabbed a mask and gloves putting them on as she sat behind the chair.
"Karlie" I whimper sitting up
"Heather you're alright she won't hurt you" she replied pushing me back down.
"Can we not" I whimper nervously sitting back up
"Look sweetheart I know fillings aren't fun, I don't like them either, but we also don't want to leave it and give it the chance to get worse it'll be so much easier on all of us to just get this done with now while it's still small" Taylor said softly as she pulled me back down
"Okay" I whimper nervously
"Let's go ahead and get you numb ya" she said softly grabbing a q tip off the tray
"Can you open for me" she asked softly
I opened my mouth and she started rubbing the gel around my gums.
"Alright I'm just going to have you close your eyes for me for a sec" she said softly keeping her other hand behind her back.
"N no I know your going to poke me" I whimper
"Heather we can do this the easy way or the hard way it's upto you" Karlie warned
"It's gonna hurt" I whine sitting up
"I won't hurt you princess I'm going to be very gentle I promise" Taylor said
"Yes you will your gonna poke a needle in my mouth and it's gonna hurt" I whine
"Heather cooperate with her please" Karlie said pushing me back down
"I don't want the needle it's going to hurt" I cry
"Heather hun I understand your scared it's going to hurt but that's the whole point of the numbing gel I just put on your gums, the gel is going to help you not feel the needle as much and the needle will help make sure I don't hurt you while fixing your tooth, I know I definitely don't want to hurt you and I'm pretty sure you don't want me to hurt you either" she said
"Yeah" I whimper nervously
"See so I am going to have to do the numbing shot but it's just going to be a quick pinch just like always and when it's done I can assure the rest of it won't hurt" she said softly
"Ok" I whimper nervously.
"Ok can you open again for me sweetheart" she said softly.
I nervously opened my mouth and my sister grabbed my hands squeezing them tight.
"Can you close your eyes really quickly" Taylor said sticking her mirror in my mouth.
I looked up at Karlie nervously and she gave me a soft smile
"Close your eyes hun your ok I've got you" she said softly
I nervously closed my eyes squeezing my sisters hands
"Just a sharp scratch princess" Taylor said softly before poking the needle into my gums making me wince.
"I know I'm sorry that's the hardest part" she replied as she injected the numbing medicine into my gums
She took the needle out and took out her mirror letting me close my mouth
"The rest of this will be super easy now, your doing so well" Taylor said encouragingly
We waited for the numbing to start working before Taylor started twisting the drill top onto the drill.
"Alright hun we're going to get started now I just need you to continue laying nice and still for me and if it hurts just let us know ok" she said softly making me nod.
Taylor started drilling out my cavity from my tooth as I laid still and squeezed my sister's hands till she was done. She filled it back up and dried it with a light before sitting me back up
"All done" she said softly as she cleaned up quickly swapping tools
"Oh, thanks Taylor" I say jumping out of the chair
"No problem" she said with a soft smile
"See that wasn't as bad as you thought hm" my sister said with a smirk
"Ya" I reply with a smile
"Ok Amelia you're up" Taylor said softly turning to her sister.
