ANDREA'S POV

Austin came back into the room with his nurse Selena and turned towards me

"Your already up there so you may as well go first" he said

"I probably have the most though Austin wouldn't it make sense for me to go last" I say hesitantly

"Surprisingly you only need 4 so it's really not that many" Austin replied

"How many do I need" Amelia asked nervously

"Only 2 hun" Selena replied with a sympathetic smile

"Ok mom are you ready we're gonna do these two at a time to make it a little bit easier for you" he said

"Yeah let's get it over with I guess" I sighed

Both my arms were cleaned off before both Austin and Selena uncapped their first needles

"Stay looking over at the wall in front of you for us and this'll be done nice and quick just try not to tense and keep your arms nice and relaxed" Austin said

Shortly after I felt both of them poke the needles in my arms. I didn't want to react so I just sat there as they did the other ones and put bandaids on my arms

"Alright maybe let's do Amelia next" Selena said looking over at her hiding under a chair

AMELIAS POV

"Noo" I cry holding onto the chair legs tightly as Austin tried to pull me out from it

"Amelia you need to let go hun" he said as he tried to pry my hands off the legs of the chair

"No I'm not going I'm not getting them" I scream

"Hey honey it's not going to be that bad I promise, it's only 2 we can go really quickly and we'll be very gentle" Selena said softly kneeling in front of me

"I don't want too" I whimper

"Do you want to sit on someone's lap, it may make you feel better" she said

"O ok" I whimper

"You need to come out from under there for me though ok" she said softly.

I crawled out from under the chair and Selena picked me up sitting me on the bed beside my mom.

"Here hun" my mom said picking me up and sitting me on her lap.

"Ok hun how do you want to do this princess we can do it the same way we did moms or Selena can do both" Austin said.

"Selena" I reply nervously

"Ok that's not a problem" Selena said softly wiping my arm off.

"Please be quick" I whimper

"Of course sweetheart it'll be over in no time, just look at the wall in front of you for me" she said encouragingly as she stepped to the side of me

I looked over at the wall and immediately felt her poke the first needle into my arm making me start wiggling as my mom's grip on me got tighter. She did that quickly before taking it out and poking the next one in which stung a bit. She took it out putting a bandaid on my arm letting me go.

"Ok next" Austin said turning to Taylor and our dad.

"Taylor actually doesn't need any" Selena said

"Oh ok I guess dad that means your up" Austin said as me and our mom got off the table

SCOTT'S POV

I knew I only needed one vaccine so I wasn't too worried when it was my turn. I went and sat on the table and was pretty confident

"I like the confidence you have" Selena said wiping off my arm.

"I mean it's just a tiny needle nothing to worry about" I say watching my arm.

Selena grabbed the needle and uncapped it and it made me freeze.

"Dad are you ok" Austin asked

"Y yeah" I reply hesitantly still looking at the needle tip

"I know it probably looks a lot longer then you expected but the whole thing doesn't go in, why don't you look straight at the wall in front of you, I tend to find that if you don't see it you won't feel it" Selena said trying to hide the uncapped needle out of view.

I looked at the wall in front of me but I was still terrified. The needle looked bigger then what I remembered it being which didn't sit right with me.

"All done" Selena said putting a bandaid on my arm

"Oh that's it" I say looking back at my arm realizing I didn't feel anything

"Yep" she replied disposing of the needles.
