A FEW YEARS LATER

AMELIAS POV

I know it's been a few years since I've updated you guys and I'm sorry about that, I've just been really busy lately. I'm 10 now, so I've grown quite a bit since you've heard from me last. Taylor and Austin haven't been forcing me to go to there office anymore so that's been pretty nice, and our parents are coming to visit us today. I'm so excited to see them it feels like it's been so long.

"Amelia I'm going to go pick up mom and dad now I'll be back soon Austin's in the back if you need anything" Taylor yells up the stairs

"Ok thanks Teffy" I yell back.

I heard her leave the house and I decided to go downstairs and get a drink. I went down the stairs heading to the kitchen and got a glass of water before going outside and sitting at the table where Austin was

"Hey kiddo did you just wake up" he asked

"No I've been awake for about an hour" I reply taking a sip of my water

"Ah ok, are you excited to see mom and dad" he asked making me nod.

About 20 minutes later Taylor came out back with our parents following her.

"Austin can I speak with you inside for a moment" Taylor said making him nod and get up.

Taylor and Austin were in the house for a bit talking while I was talking to my parents

"I think we gave way too much info in the car" my mom said hesitantly

"About what" I ask

"Your mom is behind in some of her vaccines she's avoided going to a doctor since she moved so I told Taylor about it hoping she'd be able to get her to agree to go" my dad said

"And because he spilled out that piece of information I decided to mention to her about how your father has had a toothache for about a month and has been avoiding going to the dentist since" my mom replied

"You guys are definitely going to end up at there offices" I said as Taylor and Austin came back out.

"Ok so here's the plan, I thought it may be a good idea to go get regular checkups, all of us" Austin said.

"All" I reply hesitantly

"Yes all you haven't been to the office in a while and I'm pretty sure you're overdue for some vaccines" he says.

"And then I figured maybe we should all go get dental checkups and cleanings as well" Taylor replied.

"Again all" I whimper.

"Yes Amelia, you haven't been to mine in a while either your passed due" she said

Our parents faces literally dropped, I don't think they expected this to happen on their trip down here.
