AUSTINS POV
"Austin let's go we're going to be late" Taylor yells up the stairs.
"I don't want to do this Tef what if I eat then we can cancel it" I say nervously
"No you will not do that Abby's being nice enough to clear her schedule this morning to take these wisdom teeth out for you so you're going to go get them out" she sighed.
"Well why don't we just say you did them and leave it alone" I say nervously
"Austin if they are already causing you to have abscesses it's best to just get them taken out now before it gets any worse, it's not going to hurt but we really need to get these taken care of" Taylor said
"Fine" I whimper nervously
"You're going to be fine I promise and I'll be there the whole time you have nothing to worry about" she said with a soft smile.
I gulped but nodded anyways. We left the house and she drove straight to Abby's office, because I was gonna be getting sedated Taylor had to come with me so she could drive me back home after the procedure. We got there way sooner then I would've liked and went right inside.
"Hey G" Taylor said giving Gigi a small smile
"Hey Tay, hi Austin" she said seeing me trailing behind.
"Hi" I reply a bit nervously.
"Abby's in room 2 you guys can go ahead and head on back she's waiting for you" she said.
"Ok thanks G" Taylor said with a soft smile
Taylor started walking back to the exam room and I nervously followed behind her straight into the room.
"Hey guys" Abby said with a soft smile seeing us come in.
"Hey Abby" Taylor said returning the smile.
"Alright are we ready to get these teeth out" Abby said turning to me.
"Y yeah" I reply nervously
"Don't worry you'll be knocked out the whole time" Taylor said encouragingly
"Yep you won't feel a thing" Abby added
I looked around the room and everything was pretty well hidden so I couldn't see anything which made me feel a bit better.
"Can you come take a seat for me" Abby said patting the chair.
I nervously went over and sat on the chair and she immediately laid it back.
"Alright before we do anything dental related I'm just going to stick these heart monitors on you just to track your heart rate throughout the procedure, it's just some stickers" Abby said grabbing the stickers from the drawer.
She stuck them on my chest and arms and hooked them all up to the machine before grabbing something else.
"Alright we're just going to get this IV in you and get you dozed off for a little bit" she said feeling my arm for a vein before cleaning it off.
"Wait IV?! No one said anything about an iv" I whimper
"Austin that's how she's going to knock you out" Taylor said
"But but but" I whimper nervously
"No buts Austin it'll be ok" Taylor said sympathetically
"I can't I hate needles" I whimper
"Quick pinch" Abby said completely cutting us off before poking it into my arm and pushing the medication through
"See you in a little bit" she said softly before me knocking out.
AFTER THE PROCEDURE
I started waking up to the beeping of the machines. I started opening my eyes and seeing Taylor and Abby talking at the side of the room.
"Hey how are you feeling" Abby asked seeing me awake.
Instead of talking I gave her a thumbs up and looking down at my arm with the IV still in it
"Here I'll remove that for you" she said coming over seeing me looking at it.
She took the tape off and pulled the iv out putting a bandaid over the spot
"So right now you should still be really numb once that wears off you can ice your mouth for the pain your going to swell there's nothing you can really do about that but just take it easy and have only soft foods for now ok" she said softly making me nod.
At this point I was just really ready to go home
