Flu season

AMELIAS POV

"Amelia honey can you come down for a moment" Taylor called up the stairs.

"Coming" I call back

I ran downstairs and went into the living room where Taylor and Austin were sitting

"Hey hun come take a seat" Taylor said patting the seat beside her on the couch

I confusingly went over and sat on the couch beside her

"So Amelia princess do you remember our conversation about flu season and how important it is to have good hygiene and constantly wash our hands" Austin asked making me nod.

"Well your school wants to make sure all you guys stay nice and healthy and don't catch the flu" Taylor said softly

"Ok" I reply

"That means I'll be coming to school with you tomorrow Amelia" Austin said

"Yayyy Aussie you can see my classroom and my friends you can read a book with us you can play with us you can write letters with us" I say excitingly

"Oh princess unfortunately it won't be that kind of visit" he said sympathetically

"What do you mean" I ask confusingly

"Well I'm coming to your school to give all of the students a flu vaccination to keep you guys nice and healthy" he replies

"A what" I ask confusingly

"A flu vaccination, it's a needle" he said softly

"What no Aussie" I whimper

"Honey it'll be okay he just wants to keep you healthy and it'll only be one quick pinch it'll be over before you know it" Taylor says

"B b but y you won't be there" I whimper

"Well no but Austin and Selena will be and you'll be ok, I promise you princess they won't hurt you" Taylor said

"It is getting late though you should get up to bed you have to be up early tomorrow" Austin said softly

"Ok goodnight" I say nervously before going upstairs and going to bed.

Tomorrow was not going to be a fun day at school I was not looking forward to it
