SELENAS POV
Austin stuck the thermometer in my ear and waited for the beep as I tried to keep myself calm and refrain from freaking out. He took that out putting the blood pressure cuff on my arm almost immediately and put his stethoscope in his ears
"Just try and relax we don't want your blood pressure reading too high" Austin said softly before going ahead and checking it
I tried to keep myself as calm as I could till he took the cuff off and hung it back up before going ahead and checking my heart and lungs. I was doing a lot better than I expected considering last time didn't go this well. He took his stethoscope off and put it back around my neck as I was still trying to calm down
"Your doing great Sel we're almost done" he said encouragingly as he grabbed the otoscope from behind me
"Do you need me to stop and give you a break" he asked making me shake my head no
"Ok we'll get through the rest of this nice and quick for you" he said before checking my ears nose and throat
"Can you lay down for me real quick" he asked
"Can't we just not do that part" i ask hesitantly
"Sel I won't hurt you but you should know as well as anyone that I do have to check your stomach I'll be fast and really gentle" he said softly
"Fine" I sigh laying down
He started feeling my stomach before letting me sit back up again and checking my reflexes
"Alright so" he said becoming sympathetic
"Nope I know that tone of voice" I say jumping off the table
"Selena it's one quick shot it'll literally only take a second" he replied
"Austin I can't" I say nervously
"Yes you can, I'll be super gentle we'll do this nice and quick just like the whole rest of the checkup and you'll be all done" he said encouragingly
I hesitantly went and sat back on the table and he rolled my sleeve up
"Just try and keep some deep breaths going for me" he said cleaning off my arm
I kept taking deep breaths calming myself down as I felt the needle poke into my arm making me wince
"Sorry it's all done" he said encouragingly as he took it out and put a bandaid on my arm
"Thanks" I say jumping back off the table
"Ok Tef your up" Austin said turning his attention to Taylor
