AMELIAS POV
I went downstairs into the kitchen really stalling
"Good morning Amelia" Taylor said with a soft smile spotting me
"Morning Tef" I reply returning the smile
"I assume you're getting ready to go with Austin" she asked
"Yeah" I sigh
"You don't seem too happy about it" Taylor said sympathetically
"I mean would you be" I reply
"I guess not but look on the bright side he'll leave you alone for a while after this" she said
"That's true" I sigh
"Amelia let's go" Austin called from the door
"Tef can you come" I ask nervously
"Oh hun maybe next time ok, you'll be fine he won't hurt you" Taylor replied
I nodded hesitantly before meeting Austin at the door. We went to the car and I stayed silent in the back seat the whole ride there
"You could have sat in the front you know" Austin said trying to break the silence
"I didn't want too" I reply
"Amelia I know you hate me but this is for your own good kiddo it's important to get yearly physicals so I have a eta on your overall health" Austin said
"I don't hate you Austin" I sigh
"Then what is it why won't you talk to me" he asked
"Any time you ever talk to me it turns into something medical, any time you come in my room I know I'm ending up at your office, I don't hate you I hate the doctor version of you" I sigh
"Why didn't you come to me about this sooner Amelia I could've changed this long ago, I'm sorry I made you feel that way " he said sympathetically as he pulled into the office parking lot
"I tried but you never listened, it was always keeping track of when my appointments were that was really it" I reply
We got out of the car and walked into his office. I really didn't want to be here, my stomach actually sank
"You can wait in room 2 I'll be right in ok" he said making me nod and go into a room
I sat on the chair on the side and tried to calm the amount of anxiety I was feeling right now. I saw a tray of needles on the desk which wasn't helping. I stood up looking down the hall to see if anyone was coming, when it was clear I picked up the tray and hid it in the cupboards in the desk before running and sitting back down on the chair after hearing footsteps. Austin came in the room closing the door behind him
"Alright let's get started here" he said softly
