HEATHERS POV
Taylor put me in one room and Amelia in the room next to mine before coming back into the room I was in with my sister
"Ok Heather we're going to go ahead and start with you" she said coming over and laying the chair back making me gulp
I gripped onto the arms of the chair tightly as it laid back and she grabbed a mask and gloves putting them on as she sat down on the stool behind me
"Heather honey your hands are going to turn red your squeezing on to the chair so hard" Karlie said sympathetically
"That's ok" I whimper
"It's ok love I'm not going to hurt you" Taylor said softly as she grabbed tools from her tray
"Do you want to hold my hand instead of the chair hun" Karlie asked softly as she gave me her hand
I nodded taking her hand and squeezing it tight
"Ok can you open your mouth nice and big for me so I can take a quick look" Taylor asked softly
I nervously opened my mouth and she started scanning around my mouth
"I think we're going to extract her left bottom molar but everything else looks good" she said switching one of her tools but keeping her mirror in my mouth.
She started scraping at my teeth and I squeezed my sisters hands tighter because it hurt a lot
"I know hun she's almost done this part your doing so good" Karlie said softly
I had closed my mouth a little bit due to the scaling hurting so she forced my mouth back open for her as she switched tools again making me panic
"It's ok Heather this is an easy part we're just going to polish your teeth that's all" Taylor said encouragingly showing me the polisher making me calm down a bit
She started polishing my teeth before quickly finishing that and grabbing a q tip with gel on it rubbing it around one of my teeth
"Ok so this tooth here is fairly infected so I'm just going to numb you up really good before we pull it, that way we can ensure it won't hurt before we start irritating the tooth a bit" Taylor said softly before discarding the q tip
"I don't want numbed" I whimper
"Unfortunately I'm going to have to numb you hun but I'll be very gentle and we're going to get this over with nice and quick" she said softly
"C can you warn me before you poke me" I ask nervously
"Of course I can sweetheart" she said softly keeping the needle hidden beside her
"Just open your mouth nice and big for me" she said softly
I nervously opened my mouth and she stuck her mirror in my mouth beside my tooth so I couldn't close it again
"Quick pinch" she warned before poking the needle in making me yelp
"Your alright your doing so good" Taylor said softly
I squeezed my sister's hands as she finished taking it out. I let go of my sister letting her hands get a break considering I've been squeezing them super tightly. I looked over at the room door and saw Amelia trying to sneak out of the room beside us as quietly as she could till my sister turned around to see what I was staring at
"Woah not so fast" Karlie said stepping out of the room
"Alright are you ready to get this done with Heather" Taylor asked softly
I looked over at my sister who was dragging Amelia back into a room looked back up at Taylor and nodded
"Great this'll be done in no time" she said grabbing the pliers in one hand and gauze in the other
I hesitantly opened my mouth and she stuck the pliers around my tooth
"Just going to be a lot of pressure here love" she warned before tugging at my tooth
It loosened up eventually popping out of my gums and she quickly replaced the tooth with gauze
"You did so good hun" she said encouragingly
"Thanks Tay" I say jumping out of the chair
"You can go grab a toy a toothbrush and a lollipop back in my office if you'd like and wait there for us" Taylor said softly
"Ok" I reply before walking back to her office, I guess that wasn't so bad
