Jimin entered his biology classroom and immediately felt his cheeks heat up as his gaze fell on Jennie. Memories of their kiss just a couple of days earlier flashed through his memory as he took his assigned seat, which was both thankfully and unfortunately (Jimin was having conflicted feelings) across the room from Jennie. Even with the distance between the two of them, however, Jimin was still unable to pay attention in class, making him glad that the teacher was so tired of teaching that he decided to just show Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds with the claim that it was educational for their last week of school.

After spending the period debating with himself, the second the bell rang to dismiss them for the day, Jimin shot out of his chair and ran to catch up with Jennie before she disappeared. "H-hey, Jennie," Jennie turned to face him, "I m-missed you at lunch." Jimin himself was so flustered that he didn't notice how pink Jennie's cheeks were getting.

"Yeah, I had to make up an algebra test from when I was sick last week." She responded quietly. Jimin nodded as a reply and a silence fell over the two of them. "Is that all you wanted to know?" Jennie asked, knowing that her foster mom was probably waiting outside for her.

"N-no, actually I was wondering..." Jimin trailed off, unsure how to phrase it. Eventually, he decided to just take a deep breath and let the words spill out. "I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go on a date with me...like this Saturday?" Jimin could tell his cheeks were an all new shade of red as he awaited Jennie's answer. When she didn't respond within a few seconds, Jimin's nerves got the best of him and he began to ramble. "I was thinking we could go see a movie and maybe some dinner, or not! If you want to do something else, that's totally cool too-"

"Jimin," Jennie successfully cut Jimin off. "That sounds great~" She gave him a shy smile.

"Great, uh, I guess I'll text you later and we can decide what to do?" Jimin intended for it to be a statement, but since he was still nervous over the whole situation, it came out as a question.

Jennie let out a small giggle while nodding. "That sounds good. I'll see you tomorrow~" She waved to the 15-year-old boy, who whispered a 'bye' to her, before turning around and heading out of the building.

When Jimin got home, he found himself in a predicament. He wanted advice on dating, but his first choice, Yoongi, was at work and would be until later that night. His next choice, Hoseok, was still broken over his recent breakup with Izzy, and Jimin didn't want to remind Hoseok of her, so he opted not to go to him. Taehyung and Jungkook had never been on a date either, so Jimin was left with his parents. After a short inner debate, he chose the parent that he felt would be more rational during the discussion.

"Dad?" Namjoon looked up from where he was undoing his tie after his day of work to see Jimin standing in the doorway. "Can I talk to you?"

"Is everything okay?" Namjoon asked, removing the tie from around his neck and hanging it in his closet.

"Yeah, everything's fine." Jimin assured him, moving into the room to sit on the bed as his father continued to change into more comfortable clothes. "I just had a question."
