Jimin parked outside the small salon, grabbing the Slim Chickens takeout bag and drinks before going inside. "I hope some of that's for me~" One of the stylists commented after looking up and seeing Jimin entering the establishment with food.

"Sorry, Leslie~" Jimin replied, not actually sorry at all. "Only got enough for two." He made his way to the breakroom at the back of the salon. Rosie was sitting at the table, scrolling through Twitter when Jimin entered the room. "I come bearing gifts!" Jimin announced, causing her to look up and smile widely.

"Yay!" She cheered as he set the bag and cups on the table. "I was prepared to survive off of just crackers and peanut butter."

"Don't do that~" Jimin said, using his finger to gently tilt her head up to look at him. "That's not good. And I would know." Rosie just smiled at him as he leaned down to give her a small kiss.

He sat down at the table next to her as Rosie pulled the food out of the bag, keeping the tender plate for herself and giving the wings to Jimin. "What time do you get off work on Saturday?"

Rosie took a sip of her sweet tea, something she had come to love the first time she'd been to Arkansas as an exchange student, before answering. "About 6:30, why?"

Jimin dipped one of his french fries in his barbecue sauce. "I wanted to see if you were free for a date tomorrow night." Jimin ate the fry before continuing. "My brother's pre-fiancée has been begging for us to go on a double date, and I decided it might be time."

The way Rosie looked at him resembled the heart eye emoji, the corners of her lips quirking into a soft smile. "Time to meet your family?" It had only been their second date when Jimin informed her if his wanting to take things slow and the reasoning why, including that it would be a while before he would want to announce their relationship to the world, specifically his family. In the two months that they had been seeing each other, the only other time the idea of meeting his family had been brought up was when a month earlier when Jimin had told her that Hoseok had figured out that he was seeing someone and that he couldn't wait to meet her, whenever it was that Jimin would decide to introduce her.

Jimin nodded shyly, not looking up as her as his cheeks turned pink. "Just Hoseok for now. My brothers and I kind of have a rule that any girlfriends or boyfriends we get have to go through an approval dinner." Jimin looked up at her, taking hold of her hand that was resting on the table between them. "We can get that out of the way this weekend, then maybe next week you can come over for family night and meet everyone else."

Rosie giggled shyly. "You say that like you're confident I'll get your brother's approval."

Sincerity was all that covered Jimin's features as he said, "That's because it's impossible not to love you." He smiled as Rosie looked down, bright red cheeks giving away how flustered she felt. He leaned across the table to press his lips to hers for a few seconds before pulling back slightly. "Saturday?"
