"We've been sitting outside your apartment for 20 minutes now." Seungcheol commented. He had taken Jungkook out on their first official date a week after their first kiss, and they were now sitting in his car in the parking lot of Jungkook's apartment complex. "Do you like me that much?" He teased the younger.

Jungkook laughed quietly. "No...well, yes," Seungcheol chuckled, "but that's not why I'm still sitting out here. Yugyeom's girlfriend is staying over tonight, and one time I walked in and saw things I never needed to see." Seungcheol winced for his boyfriend. "So now Yugyeom and I have a deal, I text him when I'm on my way home, and he texts me back when it's safe to come in. He hasn't texted yet."

"As long as it means I get you to myself for a few extra minutes, then I hope he doesn't text you for a while." Jungkook blushed slightly at Seungcheol's comment as the older male leaned in and pressed his lips to Jungkook's for a few seconds. "What are you doing tomorrow night? Jisoo's throwing a New Year's party, and I think it would be fun if you were there."

Jungkook smiled at Seungcheol. "I would love to, but I'm going to my dads' party, he said he would write us out of the will if we didn't come." Jungkook rolled his eyes playfully, then hesitated before continuing. "I was actually planning on asking you if you wanted to come with me."

"You want me to meet your family?" Seungcheol asked in an exaggerated tone. "After only a week? Boy, you sure do move fast."

Jungkook laughed as Seungcheol intertwined their fingers. "Well, my brothers and I do this thing whenever one of us starts dating someone where we have a dinner and one of us gives the partner the third degree, and considering what happened last time, I thought this kind of setting would actually be easier on you."

"Meeting your entire family in one night would be easier than dinner with one of your brothers?" Seungcheol asked, obviously not fully believing Jungkook.

"You don't understand how protective my brothers are, especially after Jayden." Jungkook replied. "When I told them I was seeing someone new, they practically fought to the death over who would be the one to do this dinner when the time came, and they will literally try to murder you with their eyes until you prove yourself worthy. With my dads and nieces and nephews there, they'll at least contain themselves a bit."

Seungcheol chuckled a bit at how worried Jungkook genuinely seemed. "Okay, I'll come tomorrow." Jungkook's eyes widened slightly, not having expected Seungcheol to accept the invitation. "I'd love to meet your family, even if it technically is a bit early."

Jungkook smiled as he kissed Seungcheol again. He pulled away when his phone buzzed, pulling it out of his pocket to see that Yugyeom had texted him the all clear. "That's my cue to go in now." Jungkook announced, kissing Seungcheol a couple more times before finally climbing out of the 27-year old's car. "Meet me here at around 6:00, then we'll head over to my dads'." Seungcheol agreed and blew Jungkook a kiss as he closed the car door, not starting the car until the 25-year-old was inside.
