Chapter 8: A rush to go home

*Bell rings*

The final bell rang which means it already time for everyone to go home.

As soon as the bell rang I started dashing out of the door and onwards.

Why am I in such a rush you ask?

It was because of my current favorite anime "The Weak Holy Knight of the Empire" that will air on 5:00pm.

The final bell and release of the class is 4:45pm so about 15 more minutes until the airing starts.

The Weak Holy Knight of the Empire only airs on Fridays so the excitement accumulated every week. So every Friday I was particularly hyped on getting home.

I already mentioned that my house is four kilometers away from the school and the fact that I walk to school. So in 15 minutes I should have arrived home just by running.

Why go through such lengths? You could say that I can just watch the show later but it wouldn't feel the same as watching it live as it broadcast in real time as the show airs.

That's why as soon as the bell rang, I started sprinting.

"What was that?"

"Wha-"

As I pass by running, people was surprised by someone just pass them at a very fast pace. Also they were wondering what's up with the outfit.

With my long coat/modified uniform fluttering in the air as if it wes a cape, attention was attracted in my direction but soon gone from their eyes from my speed.
