"Haa...haa... made it"
I said while catching my breath from the four-kilometer run I had just now.
I made it home at the exact time when the anime is about to start.
With only little to no time to spare, without hesitation I opened the door of our house.
"I'm back"
"Oh- brother, welcome home"
"Yeah"
The one who welcomed me sitting on the living room, holding snacks and seemed like about to watch TV was my sister "Ayaka". She's my little sister who's one year younger than me.
Hurriedly dashing, running up the stairs to my room. As soon as I entered my room, I turned on the laptop that was resting on my desk then play the anime I've been waiting for which is "The Weak Holy Knight of the Empire".
*Anime opening starts playing*
"Kuh... Ku Ha Ha Ha... Made it"
I said while laughing in a manner of someone as expected of himself.
I sat on my chair laid back as I watch through the show.
***
I have to admit this show is good, deep and complex. However, its not like that was the reason I started watching this series nor am I cheering for the main character. It was more shallow than that.
I only watched the series from seeing a character in black cloak that I come across one day and thought his character design was supper cool. It's also the inspiration for my current [Phantom attire] minus the hood and in red with resemblance of my original look of the uniform. [Uniform + Cloak]
About his character. His name was Gaias. Hes the secret supporter of the main cast that's been helping them secretly in the shadows throughout the majority of the series.
He goes around doing what he likes and thinks as deeds of justice without anything in return. He acts what he thinks he believes as right. A hero who doesn't seek recognition for what he does and was known only by few he existed.
In other words, a shadow hero. Plus, he wears black. That's always a positive in my book.
Heroes are cool and all but shadow heroes are way cooler by tenfold.
It's not like I run fast everyday just to watch this anime. The only reason is that I saw him in the preview in last week's episode. You could say that hes the only reason I'm after this show for being a shadow hero which I was aching to be.
