New Intel

Cody panted slightly as he stood over three comando droids, who not seconds ago were standing guard outside Cuts home. 

Cut was already inside the home checking over his wife and children, all three of whom were still slightly shaking from fear. 

Cody took a long look around the area before entering the slightly darker room, in the corner he spotted a partially dismantled droid that Cody assumed Cut had shot in a fit of rage. 

Jek and Shaeeah were both now clinging to their father as he looked over Sue, Sue on the other hand was trying to get Cut to pay attention to her as he continually asked her if she was hurt. 

"CUT!" Sue yelled snapping him back to reality and making him jump slightly. 

"What I'm right here, you have to tell me if they hurt you Sue di-'

"Oh shut up and listen you thick-skulled......" Sue yelled, slightly trailing off as she looked to her children almost as if remembering that she was a mother and probably shouldn't introduce them to the new and foul language just yet. 

Cut on the other hand looked slightly scared to Cody for a moment before recovering and looking at his wife who was again trying to get to her feet. 

"What is wrong?" Cut asked again. 

Cody on the other hand looked around the room pulling objects around almost as if he was looking for someone before he turned to Sue. 

"Where is Barris?!!!" 

Sue only had to glance to the door before Cody could feel his chest tighten painfully, they had already taken her back to their ship. 

"Cody waits.....we need a plan" Cut yelled as Cody dashed outside the door and back outside. 

Cody thundered through the village path looking around desperately for any kind of clue as to which direction they went. 

That's when he heard a loud and ear-piercing scream. 

"BARRIS!!!!!!" Cody yelled before booking it into the direction of the scream. 

He panted heavily as he tore through the undergrowth surrounding the forest on the far side of the village, not even noticing when his skin was cut and ripped by thorns and branches, or even when his weapons were pulled from his grasp. 

"BARRIIISSS" Cody yelled as he slowed down slightly. 

"No......" he whispered slightly turning around madly. 

Seconds ticked by. 

He could almost feel the silence choking him before he heard what sounded like blaster fire coming from only a few hundred feet from his right. 

He arrived seconds later, his heart thumping wildly as he spotted a ship with the Separatist insignia stamped on its tail. Though it was not the ship that stopped him in his tracks, that honor belonged to the droids crowded around the ship. Cody took a deep breath before he began to creep around the small clearing, using the foliage as cover.

"The prisoner is secure, the commander is trying to get ahold of Master Gorr for a pickup point" one battle droid said to another. 

"Oh no...He is so creepy...and he destroys battle droids for fun" the other droid replied. 

"but all the generals do....seriously you need to get your systems checked" 

"least we weren't crushed by that Jedi"

"Barris" Cody whispered as he crept slightly forward to hear the two gossiping droids better. 

"eh I'm not sure we won't be, the commander is still trying to control her reactivation under control"
