Simple Life

Cody kissed Barris gently as he rubbed her hip bone softly, they where cuddled in his room aboard Obi-wan's flag ship, they had only recently been given the all clear by Fi who also gave them a lecture about not doing anything to 'active' Which made both Cody and Barris blush madly before Cody pulled her out of the med bay.

Barris broke away gently before he grinned and kissed her neck gently, "Cody" Barris giggled as he smirked against her skin. "what Im hungry" he mumbled against her neck before biting gently. 

Barris giggled as he continued his assault on her neck, his hand pulling back his shirt that he had given her when she had cleaned up from the bacta tank before kissing her exposed shoulder. 

Barris blushed before pulling his face back up to hers, Cody captured her lips feverishly as he tugged her closer to himself feeling her hands wrap around his neck. 

It was a while before they broke away panting slightly as Barris curled into his chest, Cody closed his eyes enjoying the feeling of warmth that spread through his chest. "do you think they will notice if we don't turn up?" Barris whispered quietly making Cody chuckle before kissing her forehead. "maybe, " he mumbled his free hand stroking her hair gently. 

"how do you feel?" he asked his tone slightly worried as his thumb brushed against the scar on her temple. 

Barris blushed hiding her face a bit making Cody chuckle before pulling the thin sheets around her shoulders more to keep her warm. "my chest feels fine, though I'm still kinda embarrised" she whispered quietly making Cody chuckle before pulling her away slightly and kissing her temple. 

"Why? I thought you where sexy as hell, poison be damned" he whispered before rubbing her waist again gently. Barris raised an eye brow at him her face very serious "I mean about Fi ripping my top open"

Cody grinned before tucking a stray hair behind her ear "Fi wouldn't dare touch you like that unless you were that close to death......if he did HE would need a medic" he said the last part in a growl as he kissed her ear gently.

His eye casting a glance down at her chest where he could still see some of the bandages down her shirt. "You scared the hell out of me my little Jetti" he finished kissing her ear, Barris flinched when he said the Mando word for Jedi.

He closed his eyes and rested his forehead against her temple "Sorry, I forgot" he whispered as she curled into him more "I didn't want to be a Jedi anymore anyway, I just want to be with you" she whispered back kissing his chin. Cody captured her gaze before he felt her hand on his chest just a little over his heart

Barris blushed before he kissed her gently as his hand slipping under her shirt to check her stomach and chest was still firmly wrapped in the bandages causing her to shiver slightly. "stop babying me" Barris giggled as he pulled away just enough to grab another blanket to wrap her up in. 

"why?" he whispered slyly "I like being able to take care of you, plus it gives me an excuse to be so close to you". Barris blushed hard before resting her hand on his chest "im not a youngling" she whispered making Cody chuckle before kissing her temple again "no.....but your my girl, and my girl should be treated like a queen" he whispered before she nuzzled into his chest. 

Cody grinned ear to ear before there was a knock at the door. 

"uh.....Commander? Captain?" came the muffled voice of Volt causing Cody to groan before burning his head into Barris's neck. "go away Volt, we are busy" Cody half yelled as he pulled Barris closer to him, not willing to let go any time soon. 

"um the General is here......as in....right next to me" Volt yelled slightly wincing. Barris yelped before trying and failing to get out of the large bed thanks to Cody's vice like grip on her waist "No way you are moving" Cody glared at her his hands being as gentle as possible not to hurt her wounds.
