Timekeeper, a male Dialga, is the god of time itself, and just like Hades and Marina, he can rule his own realm however he pleases. Asides from controlling the flow of time, he can also stop and reverse time as well, and is also known for his additional ability to time travel as well.
He is the eldest of the three, and just like the other two members of the creation trio, Timekeeper also has a human form he can change into. He also has two forms as well: his origin form, which he can change into with the power of the Adamant Crystal(and with some of the light from my unnamed Arceus character), and a corrupted form. His corrupted form is Primal Dialga from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2, and changes into this form only when he has lost control of his powers or when time begins to break down.
Timekeeper does indeed love Marina, for he does have a crush on her. Hades can find it annoying sometimes, and it can bother Timekeeper. A LOT.
